I started my research yesterday after my workout.

40mcg, will raise to 50mcg ED from second shot on forward.

I am running M1-T @ 20mg ED along with the IGF-1.

Drew up some BW (15iu), then drew up the IGF-1, shot subc in left side abdomin. Didn't even feel it. May do some spot injects as well.

Mixed M1-T with crystal light after the initial tasting lit me up. Crystal didn't help much so I will be using OJ from now on.

no calipers, so I will go by a abdominal measurement (not waistline) for any kind of fat loss that I hope will occur.

beginning weight = 192

Diet is fairly lean (very little high glycemic foods/drinks). Protein intake is around 300+g per day, trying to get most from lean red meat, tuna and chicken. Carbs are taken in mostly before 1:00 and kept low after that. Fat is relatively low as well.

Supplements: whey protein (muscle milk/ micellean), ginger root, vitamin C 1-2g per day, milk thystle, BCAA's, CLA. Flax seed oil, multi vit.

any thoughts on running T3 along with this?

Not knowing how much of a 'kick' you'll get from the M1T or the IGF1, I would be concerned about muscle loss from the T3 since it basically does not discriminate in what it burns (fat and/or muscle).

you are correct KR

I'll hold off on that until later

no noticable changes on 2nd day

weight was 193.4

abdominal measurement 35.5"

shot went smooth and the M1-T was definately a lot better in OJ.

12/2/2003

abdominal measurement was an even 35" (that's down 1/2" even with Thanksgiving in the middle)

weight was 197.3 (that's up 3.9 lbs)

M1T @ 20mg ED

IGF-1 Long R3 @ 50mg mon-fri

strength is coming along good, and the pumps are great

Hey GB, any particular reason you went up to 50mcg so soon without waiting for results from 40mcg?

I actually intended to start with 50mcg anyway. I guess loading without cutting with BA felt strange to me. Two and half ticks exactly is kind of tough.

6th inject was today (50mcg)

biggest thing i notice is the pump in the gym comes quick and vascularity is getting better

appearance wise (mirror) I look a little leaner

no change in strength

Keep updating us...Has your waist measurement continued to drop?

waistline is still 35", so there has been no more decrease there so far. I didn't measure this morning due to leaving house at 3a.m., but my waist area looked better today.

I've got the M1T and long IGF and will start next week. Is there any concern as to toxicity of M1T? Increased ANXIETY?Is it a form of methyl test(like the stuff that made me crank in the old days!!), a mutation or something else altogether? Also, I tasted a drop of M1T...jeez,and I thought 151 rum ripped thru ya!
Thanks for the help,
Sd

LOL... yeah, you'll need to mix it with OJ to make it tolerable. I've been on it for almost 2 weeks and haven't experienced anything abnormal. Hasn't affected my attitude or anything else.

Thanks for the updates...does anyone find it a bit strange that a lot of people are getting good pumps (and even some weight gain) without a noticable gain in strength?

I'm concerned that results may only be temporary.
