that broad has gone crazy... that's going to take over the AS broad.. when it first opened i look at it and put a post up about my favor beer being Bud Light.. the newbies on the fit broad are always posting " can anyone hook a brother up with smoe riods.. i need to kick this guy's ass on Monday and i need to get big fast" but there are some good guys over there too.. Superchicken, swolen, stupid bitoch,machine just too name a few.. but i do not know about that gearedup guy.... i think he copies and paste all of his info off the web!!!

he's not a source btw .. he's a scammer. one of the mod's apparently know's him.. and when he's openly advertising like that he's more than likely a scammer. in addition there's alot of kids there so i wouldn't take any information i get there for granted. fuck pokie and fuck the rec.drugs forum..

Fitnessboard's really going down the drain lately... &nbsp;Too many people over there and they're all too lazy to research anything themselves. &nbsp;They get pissy when we tell 'em to read FAQ threads on stuff and they start personal flame wars w/ each other on the good threads that we have and it screws up the integrity of the board. &nbsp;I still go there alot 'cause there are still alot of good people over there...

Oh, and by the way, Machine is a really good knowledgeable bro that is now a member over here and I think everybody here will be glad he's a member now. &nbsp;The only problem w/Machine is he's a known POST WHORE! &nbsp;:D &nbsp;<!--emo&:p--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'><!--endemo-->
