actualy i bout one 8 years ago and it sucked but it was worth it .Now I am trying to buy my 2nd house and it still sucks !!i hope it still turns out worth it in the end like last time.

We bought ours 3 years ago, and it was a huge pain in the ass. Don't let it get to you, it takes time. Let your realator handle it and do as little as possible, it makes it less irritating! Later

We bought one 5 months ago. The lady handling our business at the mortgage comp. was a real moron. She screwed up a bunch of crap before it got straightened out.

Just refinanced, A pain but well worth it! &nbsp;
Payments were $1100 and now with the lower rate and the PMI off, it's down to $875.
Bought it for $114,00 and still owe 102,000. Not bad considering it's appraised for $140,000. &nbsp;
Making 13 payments a year helps greatly! &nbsp;
Use a cousin for all the paperwork &nbsp;in liue of bringing him more customers
