Tonight I watched the Ms. Fitness America Pagent in Vegas (not sure if that was the exact title or not), and the dedication these women had was very obvious - they were all winners in my book.

Then, to my horror, I next watched Gut Busters.  A show about  competitive eating.  It was like a bad car accident - I kept looking and looking - but knowing that I should look away!

That's what I call a One-Two punch.

yeah, I saw those guys race to see who could eat a whole cow tonge first...nasty contest, I had to stop watching.
